About Pets About Pets is the international publishing company of pet books, calendars and other pet related products. It is the sister company of Welzo Media Productions bv, the Dutch publishing house operating in Holland and Belgium with publications in the Dutch language. About Pets publishes English language titles and products for the UK, USA, Australia and other English speaking markets. Furthermore translations of About Pets titles have been made in over twelve languages making its publications available over all continents.
Pet Care Responsible ownership is the key to the publications of About Pets. We have a basic series of books in 64 to 80 pages covering all aspects a pet owner needs to know to care well for their pet. This series has currently over 150 titles. The larger Expert series covers also interesting topics for those who would like to know more about rearing, behavior, modern feeding developments, first aid and many others. The Expert series has over 40 titles. The manuals and reference guides like the Lovebird book by Dirk Vanden Abeele and the Parrot and Parakeet book by Adri van Kooten contain the latest on species, mutations and are both a must for breeders and judges of these.
